Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms weren't as expected, with a cigarette smell upon check-in, but they were still spacious and offered a nice view of Narita-san Shinshoji. The service, despite the language barrier, was friendly and reasonably helpful. The hotel's convenient location near Narita airport was a plus, with easy access to the airport and shuttle services. The dining experience was exceptional and offered great value. However, the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but really aged, and unfortunately, the bathrooms were dirty with plug sockets that didn't work. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, the whole place stank of cigarettes, making it less pleasant. On the bright side, the location was convenient with good food options nearby.
The hotel rooms were so good and very comfortable, spacious, and bigger than expected. However, the breakfast time could be busy in the morning. The bathrooms were really aged, dirty, plug sockets didn't work, and the room smelled of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, mine faced the street where there were lots of cigarette smells. On the bright side, returning to a warm room after a flight cancellation was a relief. The service left much to be desired as it was lacking the expected Japanese standard of politeness. However, the free airport shuttle was a helpful perk. The location was decent for airport access but fell short as there was no shuttle from the train station. Dining was a pleasant surprise with delicious Japanese-style options starting early in the morning. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
